<p>David Beckham&#8217;s eight-year-old son Romeo, Prince Harry and Prince William have made their debuts on a list of Britain&#8217;s Best-Dressed &#8216;men&#8217;, which is topped by Aaron Johnson.</p>
<p>The GQ Best-Dressed List 2011 features Little Britain star David Walliams at 11, Doctor Who&#8217;s Matt Smith, a new entry at 12, David Beckham at 16 and Prime Minister David Cameron, who has dropped from eighth place last year to 20.</p>
<p>Kick-ass actor Aaron, 20, who last year fathered a baby girl with director fiancee Sam Taylor-Wood, 43, scooped first place from last year&#8217;s winner, Twilight heart-throb Robert Pattinson.</p>
<p>Prince Harry, a new entry in the style rankings, beats his older brother by coming fifth, with experts crediting the fact he &#8220;looks good because he really doesn&#8217;t care&#8221;.</p>
<p>Prince William is also a new entry at 27, with US rapper Pharrell Williams endorsing the future king&#8217;s style, saying: &#8220;I like it when Prince William goes dandy. He&#8217;s got all the proper wardrobe when they do the hunting thing. They kill that!&#8221;</p>
<p>GQ said: &#8220;Prince William is following in his father&#8217;s footsteps as a great ambassador for British style.&#8221;</p>
<p>Romeo is 26th, with experts describing the Beckhams&#8217; middle son, who last year signed a deal for his own fashion label, as &#8220;the celebrity of the future&#8221;.</p>
<p>David Walker-Smith, menswear director at Selfridges, told the magazine: &#8220;He&#8217;s experimental, quirky and fun, and his style has nothing mini-me about it. It&#8217;s me-me!&#8221;</p>
<p>The top 50 also includes Twilight actor Pattinson (4), racing driver Jenson Button (9), British rapper Tinie Tempah (15), Sir Elton John (21), Ray Winstone (28), Jude Law (29), music producer Mark Ronson (34), Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch at 41 and artist David Hockney at 47.</p>
<p>Mel Gibson tops the list of Worst-Dressed Men In The World, which also features Jonathan Ross and shadow education secretary Andy Burnham. The list, compiled by experts at the men&#8217;s magazine, is published in the February issue of GQ, on sale from Thursday January 6.</p>
