A pub chain has unveiled a bizarre portrait of Prince William and Kate Middleton with less than 12 weeks to go until the royal wedding.

The picture of the happy couple is made using only the ingredients found in a roast dinner.

Crown Carveries enlisted the help of food artist Prudence Staite to create the image.

The products used include turkey for the skin, beef and gammon for the hair, carrots for Kate’s dress and gravy for her engagement ring.
