		</div><p>Belgium&#8217;s schools and underground system will re-open today after being under lockdown for four days due to heightened terror concerns.</p>
<p>However security levels will remain at their highest level in the capital city of Brussels until next Monday at least.</p>
<p>The army&#8217;s been patrolling the streets following intelligence which suggests an act of terror is &#8220;imminent&#8221;.</p>
<p>One of the main suspects from the Paris attacks is believed to be on-the-run in Belgium.</p>
<p>Belguim have issued an international arrest warrant for a man seen before the Paris attacks with suspect Salah Abdeslam.</p>
