<p>Police in Spain claim they have smashed Europe&#8217;s largest and most sophisticated cocaine lab.</p>
<p>They said 25 people were arrested and 300 kilograms of the drug and 33 tons of chemicals used to prepare it for sale were seized.</p>
<p>Police also confiscated 470 mobile phones and seized £1.7 million in cash in the raid on a villa outside Madrid.</p>
<p>Those arrested included Colombians and several Spanish lawyers who helped launder money made from the sale of the cocaine</p>
<p>Police said the operation followed two years of investigations.</p>
