drain and rinse the lamb&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&ast; In a fresh pot put the meat&comma; bones&comma; bouquet of herbs&comma; onions&comma; seasoning&comma; carrots&comma; leeks and turnip and cover with water&period;
