who said they were &&num;8220&semi;gradually resuming&&num;8221&semi; their flights&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Association of British Travel Agents &lpar;Abta&rpar; spokesman Sean Tipton said&colon; &&num;8220&semi;Things are slowly returning to normal&comma;
