		</div><p>An explosion has killed at least 10 people and injured dozens more in the south-eastern Turkish city of Suruc, near the Syrian border.</p>
<p>Turkey’s DHA news agency said at least 50 people have been taken to hospital.</p>
<p>Suruc is just across the border from the Syrian city of Kobani, the scene of fierce battles between Kurdish groups and Islamic State.</p>
<p>DHA said the blast occurred at a cultural centre while a political group was giving a statement to the press on Kobani’s reconstruction.</p>
