		</div><p>The woman who was answering questions on live TV when two journalists were shot dead in Virginia said she never saw the gunman walking up to the group.</p>
<p>Chamber of Commerce executive director Vicki Gardner said the camera’s bright light blinded her.</p>
<p>She was wounded as she fell to the ground after hearing the first shots, her husband said.</p>
<p>The gunman, Vester Flanagan (pictured), ambushed WDBJ-TV cameraman Adam Ward and reporter Alison Parker during the interview at the Smith Mountain Lake Visitor Centre in Moneta.</p>
<p>The first four shots were aimed at Ms Parker and two more were aimed at Mr Ward, Mr Gardner’s husband Tim said in a telephone interview from the hospital where she is recovering.</p>
<p>Flanagan then fired at Ms Gardner, although his first couple of shots missed her.</p>
