Tom Hiddleston’s Instagram account appears to have been hacked, although the posts made under his name have now been deleted.

The actor set up the social media account two weeks ago, and has so far posted pictures of himself from the set of his forthcoming movie Thor: Ragnarok.

But a spate of bizarre images and messages on his page seem to have been posted by somebody else.

The intrusion appeared to start when a black and white hooded figure was posted, and this was followed by screenshots of other Instagram pages and Snapchat accounts that his account had started following.

Some of the comments that were posted alongside the images ensured that the actor would soon regain control of his account.

One read: “Don’t worry. We will back account to tom .. @ikp”, and another went: “Follow me. I will you some thing important.”
Tom’s publicist has been contacted for comment.
