I am looking at developing a Greek Mezze course to bring some of that culture to Ashburton and show people the simplicity of the food and a delightful way of entertaining for a dinner party with friends&period; Casual dining has really become a big thing and there’s nothing better than putting a range of fresh<br &sol;>&NewLine;healthy tasty dishes in the middle of a dining table for a great sociable evening&period;&ast;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&ast;On our professional courses we are excited to be launching our new 20 week level 3 Culinary Diploma in Patisserie&period;
