<p>A Missouri woman has died of the injuries she suffered in a New Year&#8217;s Eve storm which spawned tornadoes and killed six other people in two states, US authorities said.</p>
<p>Rolla Rural Fire Department chief Bruce Southard said the woman was seriously injured when a tornado destroyed her trailer near the south-east Missouri town of Rolla on Friday. She has died in a hospital in Columbia.</p>
<p>A friend who was visiting the woman&#8217;s home died on Friday, and two other women who also lived near Rolla were killed.</p>
<p>Three other people were killed by tornadoes which touched down in the Arkansas hamlet of Cincinnati on Friday.</p>
