		</div><p>Donald Trump has been interrupted by protesters just minutes into a major economic policy speech in Detroit.</p>
<p>Security removed two women who stood up and began shouting as Mr Trump spoke. One woman stood on a chair and was quickly pulled down and escorted. Another stood up several minutes later and was also removed.</p>
<p>It was unclear what the women were shouting.</p>
<p>Audience members are largely showing support for the women&#8217;s removal, applauding as security guards lead them out. One person in the crowd shouted: &#8220;We love you, Trump.&#8221;</p>
<p>After the third protester, Mr Trump said: This is what happens when you go from 35 people to 2,000.&#8221;</p>
<p>Mr Trump used the speech to go after Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.</p>
<p>He said she supports policies that have shipped jobs overseas.<br />
He added: &#8220;She is the candidate of the past. Ours is the campaign of the future.&#8221;</p>
<p>Mr Trump is overhauling the income tax proposal he unveiled during the Republican primary and increasing the amount that would be paid by the highest-income earners.</p>
<p>He said that he wants to simplify the tax code to three brackets: 12%, 25% and 33% of income.</p>
<p>That is a change from September, 2015, when he proposed four brackets that would pay zero, 10%, 20% and 25%.</p>
<p>Mr Trump says the &#8220;tax simplification will be a major feature&#8221; of his plan and calls it &#8220;the biggest tax revolution since the Reagan tax reform&#8221;.</p>
