		</div><p>At least six people, including two children, have been killed in a gas blast at a five-storey apartment building in a central Russian city.</p>
<p>Nine other people were injured in the explosion in Yaroslavl, 160 miles (250km) north-east of Moscow, emergency services said.</p>
<p>The blast, which happened before dawn on Tuesday, destroyed five apartments and damaged 20 others.</p>
<p>All residents of the building were evacuated &#8211; a total of about 130 people. It was unclear whether all residents had been accounted for or whether any were missing.</p>
<p>Most apartment buildings in Russia are supplied with natural gas for cooking. The cause of Tuesday&#8217;s blast was under investigation. </p>
