		</div><p>Cambodian authorities have arrested a tycoon who sparked national outrage for a vicious assault against a female TV star that was captured on video.</p>
<p>Sok Khemrin, chief of the Interior Ministry’s penal division, says property magnate Sok Bun was charged today with intent to commit violence and will be held at a Phnom Penh prison pending trial.</p>
<p>Sok Bun had left the country after the video from the July 2 attack against actress and TV personality Ek Socheata began circulating on the internet.</p>
<p>He returned home today and was escorted by police to the Municipal Court, where he was questioned and charged.</p>
<p>The attack sparked anger in Cambodia, where the wealthy often act with impunity and buy their way out of trouble.</p>
