		</div><p>The Biden Administration plan to ease foreign travel restrictions beginning in early November according to AP news report.</p>
<p>Fully vaccinated passengers from the UK and EU will have to show a valid proof of a negative Covid test taken within three days prior to travel said White House Covid-19 coordinator Jeff Zients on Monday. It was also announced that Biden will tighten testing rules for unvaccinated American citizens who will now need to tested within a day before returning to the US as well as after they arrive home. Zients also confirmed that Fully vaccinated passengers will not be required to quarantine.</p>
<p>The lifting of this 18 month travel ban will be a boost for tourism and great news for UK expats that have been waiting so long. Biden restricted travel earlier this year for non citizens who have in the prior 14 days been in the United Kingdom, European Union, China, India, Iran, Republic of Ireland, Brazil and South Africa.</p>
