Simple, healthy and oh-so-delicious, these sweet treats are the best way to indulge this week, plus they&#8217;re easy to whip up. These Valentine&#8217;s Day dessert recipes feature everything chocolate, pink and everything over romantic!</p>

<blockquote><p>Rose and Pistachio Kulfi or (Popsicle)</p></blockquote>

<ul>
<li>Milk 1 Litre</li>
<li>Sugar 200 gms</li>
<li>Fresh Rose Petals</li>
<li>Gulkand</li>
<li>Pistachios</li>
</ul>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Cook 1 litre of Milk on slow fire</li>
<li>Add 200 gm of Sugar and simmer it till the liquid becomes half</li>
<li>Add Fresh Rose Petals to this liquid</li>
<li>Reduce further down till the consistency is thick and it turns into a lovely Pink hue</li>
<li>Strain it and add a Spoon full of gulkand (Sugar Macerated perfumed Rose petals)</li>
<li>Cool it and freeze it kulfi Moulds overnight</li>
<li>Use warm water to de mould it</li>
<li>Finish with sliced and blanched Pistachios and fresh rose petals</li>

<blockquote><p>Coffee and White Chocolate Kulfi Fudge</p></blockquote>

<ul>
<li>200 gm full Cream Milk</li>
<li>200 Gm Double Cream</li>
<li>200 condensed milk</li>
<li>200 Gm White Chocolate</li>
<li>Coffee Beans 200 gm</li>
<li>Brownie &#8211; 1 pcs</li>
</ul>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Boil the milk and cream together; add coffee beans</li>
<li>Let it Sit for 3 hours so that the coffee could impart its flavor</li>
<li>Strain the liquid and put it on medium flame , and add milkmaid</li>
<li>Reduce it to half and add the 190 gm of the chocolate (10 gm keep for garnish)</li>
<li>As soon as the chocolate get dissolved cool the mixture and add it to kulfi moulds</li>
<li>Freeze it for 5 hours</li>
<li>To Serve De mould it and serve it with white chocolate shavings and hot brownie</li>
</ol>
<blockquote><p>Chocolate, Cardamom and Chili Semifredo with seasonal fruits</p></blockquote>

<ul>
<li>Dark Chocolate 300 gm</li>
<li>Double cream 300 gm</li>
<li>Cardamom Powder &#8211; 1 gm</li>
<li>Chili flakes &#8211; 1 gm</li>
</ul>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Melt the chocolate on a double boiler</li>
<li>Whip the cream till soft peaks</li>
<li>Fold the cream in the chocolate</li>
<li>Add the cardamom powder and chill flakes</li>
<li>Put it into a serving glass, and cover it with a shrink wrap</li>
<li>Chill it for 4 hours, and finish it with seasonal fruits</li>
