Venezuela to break diplomatic relations with US; President Maduro gives diplomats 72 hours to leave

and &&num;8220&semi;directly responsible for any threats&&num;8221&semi; posed to the Venezuelan people&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In a speech yesterday Mr Maduro also hit out at a video message from US Vice President Mike Pence reaffirming unwavering support for a regime change in Venezuela&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In the video Mr Pence declared the time has come for the Venezuelan people to take the matters into their own hands&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Dubbing the speech as shameless meddling in his country’s affairs&comma;
