<p>Birmingham’s NEC will welcome over 70,000 fans to BodyPower Expo this coming 15 – 17 May and you could be there!</p>
<p>As the largest health and fitness event in Europe, BodyPower Expo is hotly anticipated every year and attended by visitors from over a hundred countries. It provides an unrivalled spectacle of fitness and power sports, fantastic competitions, engaging visual displays and an exciting assortment of educational seminars.</p>
<p>All over BodyPower there are chances to participate, with a blend of have-a-go sessions aimed at improving technique, teaching the basics and learning from industry experts. Of course, there will also be a familiar series of challenges such as Bench Your Bodyweight, 6 Minute Push Up, Plank &; Press and Skipping Challenge as the show gives visitors the opportunity to get involved.</p>
<p>There’s also a brand new Girl Power area this year designed to get ladies strong, fit, lean and healthy. Girl Power at BodyPower is packed full of presentations from leading industry names such as USN, Grenade, British Weightlifting and more. Ticket holders will get to speak to and hear from empowering and inspirational fitness names like Jessie Pavelka, Melissa Haywood, Commonwealth medallist Zoe Smith, Kelly Rennie, Gemma Atkinson and many more. Together, they will be rolling out a scorching schedule of workshops including Self Defence for Women, Staying Sassy, Female Body, Mind and Soul Q&;A, Yummy Mummy Home Workout and more.</p>
