<p>An investigation into the deaths of a woman and two children has been launched after their bodies were found inside a house, police have said.</p>
<p>Officers attended an address in Garendon Road in Shepshed, near Loughborough, on Wednesday night following concern from relatives.</p>
<p>Inside they found the bodies of a woman and two children.</p>
<p>Leicestershire Police said they were not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.</p>
<p>Formal identification has yet to take place but it is understood that the woman who died was the mother of the two children.</p>
<p>Police said they are investigating the circumstances surrounding their deaths.</p>
<p>Post-mortem examinations on the three bodies are due to take place.</p>
