<p>US police have cleared one person and are continuing searching for another in the case of a London woman who died after receiving cosmetic injections to enlarge her buttocks at a hotel near Philadelphia International Airport.</p>
<p>Detectives said they conducted several searches in an effort to find the woman who administered the injections that led to the death of 20-year-old Claudia Aderotimi.</p>
<p>Police did not say where they were searching for her.</p>
<p>Police Lieutenant John Walker said investigators cleared a New Jersey woman who helped arrange the procedures online but was not in the hotel room when Ms Aderotimi and a friend received their injections.</p>
<p>Lt Walker said the New Jersey woman, whose name has not been released, is now considered a witness in the case.</p>
<p>Authorities are waiting for toxicology reports from the medical examiner before deciding what charges may be filed.</p>
<p>Police said Ms Aderotimi, who lived in London but was not a British citizen, flew to Philadelphia on Saturday with three other women, all in their early 20s. One friend had a similar cosmetic procedure and the other two went to New York.</p>
<p>Ms Aderotimi died on Monday after complaining of chest pain and difficulty breathing following the procedure. The second woman was not taken to hospital.</p>
<p>Liquid silicone is sought on the black market by women seeking to enhance their figures, even though it is not approved for cosmetic injections. It was not known what substance was used on the women at the hotel.</p>
<p>Besides liquid silicone, injections of substances including paraffin, petroleum jelly and hydrogel have been illegally used to enlarge women&#8217;s breasts, hips and buttocks</p>
