		</div><p>Mariah Carey&#8217;s brother has branded her an &#8220;evil witch&#8221;.</p>
<p>The Hero singer has been called &#8220;heartless&#8221; by her estranged older sibling Morgan Carey, who claims the 45-year-old singer has refused to pay for hospital treatment for their dying sister Alison.</p>
<p>He said: &#8220;She probably spends more on dog food than it would cost to make sure her sister gets properly cared for.&#8221;</p>
<p>Alison &#8211; who is HIV positive and awaiting brain and spinal surgery &#8211; fell ill last year but has never heard from her famous sibling, despite &#8220;desperately reaching out&#8221; numerous times.</p>
<p>Morgan slammed: &#8220;Your sister is dying and she is struggling and where are you? You think you are so fabulous, but you are a witch.&#8221;</p>

<p>He then added to The Sun on Sunday newspaper: &#8220;Mariah needs to step up. I flew in from Hawaii last year when Alison was taken off a ventilator, believing she was going to die.</p>
<p>&#8220;My sister didn&#8217;t even show up at the hospital.</p>
<p>&#8220;Alison has desperately reached out to Mariah over and over again. We never hear back.&#8221;</p>
<p>Morgan hasn&#8217;t spoken to his sister &#8211; who has four-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with second husband Nick Cannon &#8211; for over two years, but claims he has made repeated attempts to get in touch.</p>
<p>He said: &#8220;I told Mariah my wife had miscarried and she never even responded to that email either.</p>
<p>&#8220;But that&#8217;s typical, because the world has to revolve around Mariah and there is no room in the world apart from her.&#8221;</p>
<p>The &#8216;Butterfly&#8217; singer&#8217;s family claim they only found out about her recent engagement to James Packer through social media but don&#8217;t expect to be invited to her wedding.</p>
<p>Morgan said: &#8220;I don&#8217;t even think Mariah is in love with James, she&#8217;s only in love with herself. She is evil.</p>
<p>&#8220;She has always been that way. It&#8217;s her £5 million engagement ring she is in love with.</p>
<p>&#8220;It is so tragic that while she is out flashing her big diamond ring to anyone who will pay attention, she can&#8217;t lift a finger to help her dying sister.&#8221;</p>
<p>Mariah Carey has not commented publicly on the claims.</p>
