		</div><p>Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan have said they will give away 99% of their $45bn fortune to charity.</p>
<p>They made the pledge as they announced the birth of their baby girl Max.</p>
<p>In an open letter to her, they wrote about creating a better world for their daughter &#8211; and all children.</p>
<p>Sky&#8217;s US Correspondent Amanda Walker has said it will go down in history as one of the most generous charitable pledges: “He joins the ranks now of Warren Buffett, Bill and Melinda Gates.&#8221;</p>
<p>“And it is all part of this giving pledge founded by Bill Gates, which is aimed at the world’s wealthiest giving a huge portion of their fortunes.”</p>
