<p>A Russian Antonov military cargo plane has crashed on the border between Russia&#8217;s Tula and Oryol regions, killing all 11 crew members aboard, the Itar-Tass news agency reported.</p>
<p>Itar-Tass cited a source from the Russian Defence Ministry&#8217;s information department as saying the An-22 plane had been flying from Voronezh to Tver when it disappeared from radar screens.</p>
<p>The news agency quoted a Russian law enforcement official as confirming all 11 crew members were dead.</p>
<p>The Tula region is about 120 miles south of Moscow, and the Oryol region is about 225 miles southwest of Moscow.</p>
<p>The heavy transport aircraft can airlift up to 290 soldiers or 150 paratroopers or four units of heavy equipment.</p>
