<p>Sir Anthony Hopkins insists he&#8217;s not got a penchant for playing creepy characters.</p>
<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ll play anything,&#8221; the legendary Welsh star insisted at the Hollywood premiere of his new thriller The Rite.</p>
<p>&#8220;If you give me a script and it&#8217;s a good script, you know? I play God in Thor, no I don&#8217;t have any preference one way or the other,&#8221; he insisted.</p>
<p>In the movie Sir Anthony plays a priest actively practising exorcisms in Italy.</p>
<p>The 73-year-old said when it comes to acting he always tries to find the fun &#8220;in everything&#8221;.</p>
<p>Speaking on the red carpet, he explained: &#8220;I have a great life, I have a wonderful life. I enjoy acting, they still seem to want me, I don&#8217;t know how long that&#8217;ll go [on] &#8217;cause I&#8217;m getting on in years now, but if they offer me a film I&#8217;ll do it if I feel I&#8217;m going to have a good time.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I just worked with Kenneth Branagh, last year I worked with Woody Allen. I take it easy and enjoy my life, make sure the catering is good and the location is good!&#8221; he laughed.</p>
<p>The actor insisted making The Rite hasn&#8217;t convinced him some people are haunted by the devil.</p>
<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m not an expert, I know very little about it but it was an interesting movie to make,&#8221; he said.</p>
