<p>Two men charged over the murders of honeymoon couple Ben and Catherine Mullany in Antigua will go on trial in May, prosecutors said.</p>
<p>Kaniel Martin, 23, and Avie Howell, 19, have been remanded in custody until the trial at the Caribbean island&#8217;s High Court in St Johns on May 23.</p>
<p>The trial is expected to take at least two months, prosecutors told the Press Association.</p>
<p>The Mullanys, from Swansea, South Wales, were the victims of a violent attack at the Cocos Hotel and Resort on the south-west of the holiday isle in the summer of 2008.</p>
<p>The couple were on the final day of their honeymoon when they were attacked on July 27</p>
<p>Mrs Mullany, 31, a doctor, died instantly in what is believed to have been a botched robbery at their isolated cottage at the beachside resort.</p>
<p>Her husband, a trainee physiotherapist who was also 31, died in hospital in Swansea a week later after being flown home while in a coma.</p>
