<p>Former dictator Jean-Claude &#8220;Baby Doc&#8221; Duvalier has returned to Haiti, the country&#8217;s national television has said..</p>
<p>The stunning development caught the nation off-guard in a moment of political crisis.</p>
<p>Mr Duvalier landed on an Air France plane around 5.50pm on Sunday local time.</p>
<p>He wore a dark suit and blue tie. He was greeted at the airport with hugs from supporters.</p>
<p>He was taken into an immigration office before customs. </p>
<p>Mr Duvalier fled into exile during a 1986 popular rebellion and has been living in Paris.</p>
