<p>Britney Spears&#8217; representatives have vehemently condemned a report about her relationship with agent-turned-boyfriend Jason Trawick as &#8220;completely and utterly false&#8221;.</p>
<p>A statement on the singer&#8217;s website denied the claims, saying: &#8220;Jason Trawick has never laid a hand on Britney. &#8220;</p>
<p>According to the US report, Britney told Jason Alexander, who was married to the star for 55 hours in 2004, that Trawick ill-treated her.</p>
<p>But Britney&#8217;s website said: &#8220;The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr Alexander in years.&#8221;</p>
<p>It added that an alleged audio recording posted on a website &#8220;purporting to be between Britney Spears and Jason Alexander is so obviously fake as to be laughable. Suffice it to say, that Jason Trawick has never laid a hand on Britney.&#8221;</p>
<p>The statement said the report was published &#8220;without regard to the truth&#8221; and added: &#8220;These irresponsible statements are defamatory and Britney Spears&#8217; legal team will be taking legal action against all of the appropriate parties.&#8221;</p>
