<p>Sandra Bullock&#8217;s ex-husband Jesse James is engaged to be married again.</p>
<p>The biker businessman, whose five-year marriage to the Oscar-winner collapsed last year amid allegations of his infidelity, said he will wed tattoo artist Kat Von D, adding: &#8220;It&#8217;s true.&#8221;</p>
<p>Jesse, 41, began dating Kat over the summer after his very public split from The Blind Side actress Sandra.</p>
<p>The 28-year-old, whose fiance calls her his best friend, stars in the US reality show LA Ink. Kat, whose real name is Katherine von Drachenberg, says James is &#8220;the one&#8221;.</p>
<p>No wedding date has been announced.</p>
