<p>Cory Monteith is still amazed by how positively people respond to Glee.</p>
<p>The hit show has just picked up its second Golden Globe for television&#8217;s best comedy or musical, and the 28-year-old is starting to wonder if there&#8217;s anyone out there who doesn&#8217;t love the all-singing, all-dancing spectacular.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s nice to be liked. It&#8217;s been fun, everybody&#8217;s very supportive and has something nice to say. I&#8217;m just waiting for all the haters &#8211; where did all the haters go? Maybe I don&#8217;t read the right blogs,&#8221; he said.</p>
<p>The actor, who plays high school jock Finn Hudson, admitted that he wasn&#8217;t an obvious choice for the role.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s my running joke that I&#8217;m a bad dancer and it&#8217;s true. It&#8217;s obvious. I&#8217;d never even been an actor, I was a construction worker before. This has all come as quite a shock.&#8221;</p>
<p>Cory is happy to keep starring in Glee &#8211; which has kicked off its second series on E4 on Mondays and Channel 4 on Sundays &#8211; for as long as possible.</p>
<p>&#8220;I think I&#8217;m in it for three more years, I don&#8217;t know. Maybe I&#8217;m in it for seven,&#8221; he laughed.</p>
<p>&#8220;I can&#8217;t play a high school kid forever though because I&#8217;m damn near 30. But it&#8217;s a great show, I think it should go on as long as it can.&#8221;</p>
