<p>Police and security agents had to take cover when a driver crashed onto the front lawn of former US President George W Bush&#8217;s home near Dallas.</p>
<p>Neither Bush nor his wife Laura were injured and there was no reported damage to their house, said Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan.</p>
<p>The driver, who had been visiting one of Mr Bush&#8217;s neighbours, was questioned but released. Dallas police are investigating.</p>
<p>The Bushes live in a gated community in North Dallas.</p>
<p>Bush spokesman David Sherzer says the Bushes were at home but never in danger.</p>
