<p>Libya&#8217;s opposition showed their defiance to Muammar Gaddafi&#8217;s threat to kill them all by raising defensive barricades in a Tripoli square.</p>
<p>New videos show the anti-government protesters raising the country&#8217;s pre-Gaddafi flag on a building and lining up cement blocks to defend themselves.</p>
<p>The videos were posted on Facebook a day after Col Gaddafi vowed to fight to his &#8220;last drop of blood&#8221; in a televised speech that signalled an escalation of a bloody crackdown on dissent by his supporters.</p>
<p>Some estimates say more than 1,000 people have been killed in the violence sweeping the country.</p>
