<p>Gwyneth Paltrow&#8217;s appearance on Glee was &#8220;a blessing&#8221; to the cast, Matthew Morrison has gushed.</p>
<p>The Oscar-winning actress joins the hit TV show as substitute teacher Holly Holliday, who launches a bid to steal Will Schuester&#8217;s Glee Club job whilst he&#8217;s off sick.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s amazing, she was such a blessing,&#8221; Matthew, who plays Mr Schuester, revealed during a break from filming the show in Hollywood.</p>
<p>&#8220;It was so great because she&#8217;s such a huge star and I feel like everyone here really tried to up their game because they really wanted to impress her, myself included!&#8221;</p>
<p>Matthew continued: &#8220;It was really great having her energy around and she&#8217;s so talented &#8211; singing, dancing, acting, she can do it all!&#8221;</p>
<p>Amber Riley (Mercedes) and Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) were blown away by how down-to-earth Gwyneth was.</p>
<p>&#8220;She&#8217;s really fun and fitted right in. She was hard working, running the numbers every chance she got, just wonderful to us and very professional,&#8221; Jenna revealed. </p>
<p>Amber added: &#8220;[Gwyneth] brought her children who are just the cutest little buttons. Nobody has ever come on here with diva attitudes and it&#8217;s so refreshing because we&#8217;re such big fans of all the guest stars on the show.&#8221;</p>
<p>The second season also sees guest cameos from Britney Spears and John Stamos, but there&#8217;s one star Matthew is desperate to include: &#8220;If I had a dream guest star it would be Harrison Ford! I don&#8217;t think he sings but I&#8217;ve just grown up with the man and I love him,&#8221; Matthew admitted.</p>
