<p>Lewis Hamilton is among celebrities who have designed charity Christmas cards which are going on sale.</p>
<p>The Formula One driver was joined by school children in contributing to the Blue Peter Go Cardz appeal, which aims to raise £80,000 to fund a network of 100 Whizz-Kidz clinics for disabled youngsters.</p>
<p>Other celebrity designers include Matt Baker, with a Strictly Come Dancing-themed card, and Wallace and Gromit creator Nick Park.</p>
<p>The celebrities&#8217; cards are randomly placed among thousands made by children and are on sale in Tesco stores nationwide.</p>
