<p>Tom Hardy has revealed he has to start bulking up for the next Batman movie.</p>
<p>The Inception actor, who won the Bafta Orange Wednesdays Rising Star award, showed off a muscular and tattooed physique when he appeared on Alan Carr: Chatty Man, but revealed he has to add even more pounds for the role of menacing villain Bane, as he did for his title role in Bronson.</p>
<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s a lot of weight to put on and I&#8217;ve got to start shooting in May &#8211; so I&#8217;ve got to get back up to that size again and I&#8217;ve got to get up to about 13-and-a-half or 14 stone,&#8221; he told the TV host.</p>
<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m 12-and-a-bit now, so I&#8217;ve got under three months to do that. It&#8217;ll be a lot of fat and trickery,&#8221; he added.</p>
<p>Tom is excited about Christopher Nolan&#8217;s plans for the third &#8211; and reportedly final &#8211; outing for the caped superhero.</p>
<p>&#8220;Chris Nolan, again, will revisit that territory entirely so I wouldn&#8217;t go by that [Joel Schumacher&#8217;s Batman and Robin],&#8221; he continued.</p>
<p>However, the 33-year-old admitted he hasn&#8217;t been told if there will be a sequel for Inception, which is up for eight Oscars. </p>
<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t know actually, I&#8217;m not sure. These days, we sign up to sequel deals for any film that you do so we have signed sequel deals but whether or not they&#8217;ll make one, I don&#8217;t know,&#8221; he said.</p>
