<p>Prince Harry is to lay a wreath to commemorate those who died trying to cross the infamous Berlin Wall.</p>
<p>Harry flew to the German capital on Saturday to collect an award in recognition of his charity work and immediately declared himself unworthy of the honour.</p>
<p>The prince said he felt &#8220;hugely humble&#8221; to receive the Golden Heart during a televised fundraising gala in Berlin &#8211; Ein Herz fur Kinder (A Heart for Children).</p>
<p>He explained that compared with others who dedicate their lives to helping vulnerable youngsters, &#8220;I have done very little&#8221;, and accepted the trophy on their behalf.</p>
<p>Harry will visit the Bernauer Strasse Wall Memorial, tour the memorial museum and exhibition, and lay a wreath during his visit to the area.</p>
<p>The memorial is in the centre of Berlin at an historic site that contains the last piece of Berlin Wall with the preserved grounds behind it, sometimes known as the &#8220;death strip&#8221;.</p>
<p>During his visit to the German capital, which ends today, Harry will also visit the Brandenburg Gate and learn about the history of the monument and surrounding area.</p>
