<p>Actress Jaime Pressly has pleaded not guilty to drunken driving charges in Los Angeles.</p>
<p>Court records show the former My Name is Earl actress entered the plea through her lawyer.</p>
<p>Prosecutors in the city of Santa Monica charged Pressly with driving under the influence on Wednesday.</p>
<p>Pressly was arrested on January 5 after police say she was stopped for a traffic violation. She was released after posting 15,000 dollar bail.</p>
<p>Records show a judge also ordered the 33-year-old to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings at least twice a week.</p>
<p>The office of her attorney, Richard Hutton, confirmed the plea and that the case will be called again on March 18.</p>
