<p>Katie Holmes has revealed that daughter Suri Cruise is such a fashion guru she knows instinctively where to shop for the best clothes.</p>
<p>The former Dawson&#8217;s Creek star has previously told how her four-year-old child with husband Tom Cruise &#8211; known for her love of high heels and designer dresses &#8211; advises her on what to wear, but she now says Suri also chooses shopping locations.</p>
<p>Katie told Elle magazine: &#8220;The other day we came out of a store and she said, &#8216;I want to go there,&#8217; pointing at another store quite a distance away &#8211; in that store was the dress that she wanted.</p>
<p>&#8220;I said, &#8216;Wow, Suri. You&#8217;re something. You picked that out from a football field away.'&#8221;</p>
<p>And Suri doesn&#8217;t just give her 32-year-old mother fashion tips, she also advises her what not to wear.</p>
<p>Katie, who plays style icon Jackie Kennedy in an upcoming History Channel mini-series, confided: &#8220;She&#8217;ll really tell me [what&#8217;s on her mind].</p>
<p>&#8220;Like today, I&#8217;m wearing brown suede pants, and she said, &#8216;I don&#8217;t like your pants.&#8217; But then she&#8217;ll say, &#8216;You&#8217;ve got to wear these shoes.&#8217; Or &#8216;That&#8217;s so pretty, Mom. Wear that.&#8217; She&#8217;s got a great eye.&#8221;</p>
