		</div><p>Sex And The City star Kim Cattrall and Dad’s Army actor Toby Jones will star in the BBC’s adaptation of Agatha Christie’s The Witness For The Prosecution.</p>
<p>The two-part drama, which has been adapted by Sarah Phelps from the short story of the same name, will also star Bloodline actress Andrea Riseborough.</p>
<p>The murder mystery began filming in Liverpool today, reuniting the team behind And Then There Were None, which was watched by more than eight million people last Christmas.</p>
<p>Set in 1920s London, the 23-page short story starts with the murder of rich and glamorous Emily French, played by Kim.</p>
<p>All evidence points to Leonard Vole, played by Billy Howle, the heir to French’s enormous fortune.</p>
<p>Andrea will play Leonard’s chorus girl partner Romaine, while Toby will play John Mayhew, the solicitor tasked with defending him.</p>
<p>Monica Dolan and Four Weddings And A Funeral actor David Haig will also star in the production.</p>
<p>It will be directed by Julian Jarrold while Sarah will serve as an executive producer.</p>
