who is the new face of Puma&&num;8217&semi;s BodyTrain trainers &&num;8211&semi; feels&comma; looking back&comma; that she was too thin when she was at her lowest weight in the band&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Kimberly told Closer magazine&colon; &&num;8220&semi;I used to go to extremes in the early days of Girls Aloud &&num;8211&semi; before a video I&&num;8217&semi;d cut out carbs and anything sweet&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;I once lost half a stone in three weeks on the Atkins diet&comma; then piled it all on again&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>She added&colon; &&num;8220&semi;I can&&num;8217&semi;t remember the last time I weighed myself &&num;8211&semi; honestly&excl; It has been some months now&comma; but the last time I did&comma; I was around nine stone&period; That&&num;8217&semi;s where I tend to stay&comma; which is healthy for my height&comma; 5ft 5&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;I gauge my figure using tight jeans&comma; and if I drop a few pounds or put on a few pounds&comma; I don&&num;8217&semi;t mind&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;The most I&&num;8217&semi;ve been is around 10 stone probably&comma; when I was about 18 and didn&&num;8217&semi;t really know what I was doing with diet and fitness&excl; I&&num;8217&semi;ve been as low as eight stone when I was in the band&comma; but that was too thin for me&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Kimberly revealed she now has a healthy relationship with food&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>She said&colon; &&num;8220&semi;I&&num;8217&semi;m relatively healthy most of the time&comma; with occasional &&num;8216&semi;bad&&num;8217&semi; days like everyone else&period; Not obsessing over food helps me maintain my size 10 figure rather than yo-yo&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;I&&num;8217&semi;d never do that now&period;
