<p>Carlos Leon is dreading the day his 14-year-old daughter with Madonna starts dating.</p>
<p>The personal trainer and actor, whose new film Immigration Tango has just been released in the US, admitted to People he is an overprotective father and is bracing himself for Lourdes&#8217; first date.</p>
<p>Carlos said: &#8220;I&#8217;m dreading it so much, because she&#8217;s my little girl. I want her to stay young forever.</p>
<p>He added: &#8220;I&#8217;m already overprotective, so when the time comes, I will be ready to have a talk with the guy she brings through the door. He better be ready, because I&#8217;ll give him the rundown!&#8221;</p>
<p>It seems Madonna shares her ex&#8217;s feelings on the matter. When she and Lourdes launched their clothing line Material Girl in New York last September, she shook her head disapprovingly when asked if Lourdes had begun dating.</p>
<p>But Carlos claims he is an easygoing father as well as being overprotective.</p>
<p>He said: &#8220;I&#8217;m a lenient dad. I&#8217;m very empathetic, and I&#8217;m good at listening to my daughter&#8230;I&#8217;m probably a bad dad when it comes to disciplining her.&#8221;</p>
<p>He revealed she often tried to argue for a later curfew, adding: &#8220;I try to work with her on it. We settle on a time, say around 10 pm, and she&#8217;s like, &#8216;How about 10.30?&#8217; And it eventually becomes 10.15.&#8221; </p>
<p>Carlos said he and Lourdes bond over bicycle rides in New York and watching her favourite films together.</p>
<p>&#8220;She loves to watch Harry Potter. It&#8217;s a favourite of hers. We can watch that 100 times &#8211; well, she can. Twilight is also pretty big at our house. She likes Robert Pattinson. She&#8217;s Team Edward all the way.&#8221;</p>
