		</div><p>A man has been arrested in England in connection with an incident that allegedly developed after a Domino&#8217;s Pizza customer complained about his order.</p>
<p>Paul Williams received injuries to his face during an incident in Ebrington Road in Exeter on Friday night and required hospital treatment.</p>
<p>The Devon and Cornwall force said &#8220;precautionary measures&#8221; were used when uniformed officers attempted to arrest a man and spotted a &#8220;suspected weapon&#8221;.</p>
<p>Mr Williams described the incident in a Facebook post to Domino&#8217;s Pizza UK and alleged he was attacked after complaining about missing toppings.</p>
<p>He wrote: &#8220;Thank you Domino&#8217;s for the personal attention of your manager last night in the Exeter Cowick Street branch, you do not expect your managers to come to your house and beat you wearing a crash helmet and full motorcycle gear if you complain of missing toppings.&#8221;</p>
<p>In response to Mr Williams&#8217; post, Domino&#8217;s replied: &#8220;As this is now a current police investigation there is very little we can publicly say on this matter.</p>
<p>&#8220;However, please rest assured we are taking this incident extremely seriously and will be providing the police with our full co-operation.</p>
<p>&#8220;Please do continue to stay in touch with your contact in our customer care team at head office and rest assured, we will do everything possible to ensure this situation is properly resolved.&#8221;</p>
<p>A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said: &#8220;On May 13 police received a complaint that a male had been assaulted in Ebrington Road, Exeter.</p>
<p>&#8220;The male victim received a number of injuries to his face and forehead which required hospital attendance.</p>
<p>&#8220;Police attended Ebrington Road in order to arrest a male in his 20s in connection with the assault.</p>
<p>&#8220;During the course of the arrest attempt, a suspected weapon was seen.</p>
<p>&#8220;In order to preserve the safety of the public and officers, precautionary measures were used to secure the male&#8217;s arrest.</p>
<p>&#8220;A search of the address resulted in a number of seizures including what we suspected are air weapons. At no stage do we believe any firearm was discharged.</p>
<p>&#8220;The arrested male has been bailed with conditions and is not residing in the Exeter area.</p>
<p>&#8220;We understand there are significant community tensions in Ebrington Road and continue to engage with residents to address their concerns.</p>
<p>&#8220;The investigation team are working to progress this matter efficiently to reach an early conclusion.&#8221;</p>
