<p>A man has been charged with killing a 94-year-old who was found dead by police officers called to a property in a small village.</p>
<p>Northamptonshire Police said the suspect, who is 54, had been charged with the murder of the pensioner, whose body was discovered at a house in Slapton, near Towcester, in the early hours of Friday.</p>
<p>The younger man, who is said to be connected to the address, will be kept in custody to appear at Northampton Magistrates&#8217; Court on Monday.</p>
<p>Officers have yet to confirm the victim&#8217;s identity or the cause of his death.</p>
