There is nothing more satisfying than a stack of pancakes made at home on a weekend morning to make the day wonderful. This weekend invite your friends over and whip up some easy-peasy pancakes with variety of toppings! Pancakes have been a popular choice for breakfasts, taste delicious and perfect go-to dish for busy-bees in town! You could basically make these with your eyes closed! Here are some healthy, classic pancakes to prepare while watching the Oscars.</p>

* Pancakes are quick indulgence to warm up your day and perfect for weekend breakfasts. They are easy to prepare and can be made with simple batter of handful ingredients.<br />
* Prep Time- 10 Mintsâ¨Cooking Time- 10 Mintsâ¨Serves- 2â¨â¨Ingredients:â¨â¨Maida- 1-1/2 cupâ¨Milk- 1/2 cupâ¨Sugar Powder- 1/2 cupâ¨Egg-1â¨Baking Powder- 1/2 tspâ¨Vanilla Essence- a small dropâ¨*Salt- 1 pinchâ¨Butter- 2Tbsp Meltedâ¨Strawberry- Sliced 3-4â¨Chocolate Syrup- 1 small packet</p>
<p><b>Method:</b></p>
<p>* In a bowl sieve flour, salt and baking powder.<br />
* Add sugar powder, milk and egg and then fold the mixture well.<br />
* Mix it well and see that no lumps are formed. Add a drop of Vanilla Essence. Heat a non- stick pan on medium flame and grease it with butter. Pour a little mixture of pancake onto the pan.<br />
* You can make the pancake of any size. <br />
* Cook till you see the formation of bubbles on the top. Now flip with a spatula and cook until it is golden browned on the other side.<br />
* Garnish the pancake with sliced strawberries and chocolate syrup. </p>

<p><b>Ingredients:</b></p>
<ol>
<li>100g plain flour</li>
<li>2 large egg</li>
<li>300ml milk or you can do half and half (150ml milk and 150ml water)</li>
<li>1 tbsp of melted butter plus a little extra for frying</li>
<li>Lemon</li


<li>Wedges, to serve (optional)</li>
<li>Breakfast sugar, to serve (optional)</li>
</ol>
<p><b>Method</b><br />
* Put the flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter. Set aside for 30 minutes to rest if you have time, or start cooking straight away.<br />
* Set a medium frying pan or crêpe pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some buttered kitchen paper. Make sure your frying pan is hot, cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them warm in a low oven as you go.<br />
* Serve with lemon wedges and sugar, or your favorite filling! Serve with maple syrup and fresh cream! </p>
