<p>Katy Perry has resumed her habit of sending saucy Twitter messages to husband Russell Brand &#8211; just hours after rumours circulated about marriage problems.</p>
<p>The I Kissed A Girl star sent a Tweet to the comic, saying &#8220;It&#8217;s your favourite day, Hump day!&#8221;, followed by a series of hearts.</p>
<p>The couple sent frequent public messages to each other while they were dating, but these have virtually disappeared in the weeks following their wedding in October.</p>
<p>Russell, who has been filming a remake of the Dudley Moore film Arthur, is in New York after landing a hosting role on US show Saturday Night Live tomorrow.</p>
<p>A US magazine suggested this week that Katy had sought friends&#8217; advice on finding a marriage counsellor, but talk of cracks in the marriage has been dismissed by their representatives.</p>
<p>Katy is soon to head off on a 95-date world tour, but she said she has scheduled breaks to see her husband.</p>
