<p>Joaquin Phoenix has apparently been offered a lead part in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.</p>
<p>The Walk The Line actor is the front-runner to play Henry, a mentor who teaches the President how to kill vampires, Deadline reports.</p>
<p>Benjamin Walker is set to play the 16th American President in the film adaptation of the Seth Grahame-Smith novel.</p>
<p>The film has Tim Burton among its producers and Timur Bekmambetov in the director&#8217;s chair.</p>
<p>Joaquin has apparently been told that the part is his if he wants it.</p>
