<p>Sandra Bullock and Justin Bieber have made it into Barbara Walters&#8217; &#8216;most fascinating&#8217; list this year.</p>
<p>They are joined by Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Palin, Kate Middleton, comedian Betty White and basketball star LeBron James.</p>
<p>The broadcaster presents a programme called The 10 Most Fascinating People, in which she chooses her ten biggest and buzzworthy names in the fields of entertainment, sport and world affairs.</p>
<p>Also on the list is the entire cast of MTV&#8217;s Jersey Shore. Two more people are yet to be disclosed, and, as usual, the tenth name will be kept under wraps until the ABC News special airs in American on December 9.</p>
<p>Barbara is also presenting an in-depth programme about Oprah Winfrey.</p>
<p>&#8220;I interviewed her in 1988, when she was first becoming very popular. She and I consider this latest interview our coming full circle,&#8221; she said.</p>
<p>On the program, Oprah will discuss her new network, the reason she&#8217;s doing it and concerns she has for its success.</p>
<p>Oprah also talks &#8220;very personally&#8221; about her relationships with best friend Gayle King and longtime partner Stedman Graham.</p>
<p>&#8220;This is an interview about Oprah&#8217;s life at this turning point,&#8221; Barbara said.</p>
