		</div><p>One of the most famous marriages in showbusiness – Homer and Marge Simpson’s – is under scrutiny.</p>
<p>The Simpsons’ executive producer sparked divorce speculation after saying that the cartoon couple would legally separate after 26 years of marriage.</p>
<p>Al Jean told Variety: “In the premiere (of the next series), it’s discovered after all the years Homer has narcolepsy and it’s an incredible strain on the marriage.</p>
<p>“Homer and Marge legally separate, and Homer falls in love with his pharmacist, who’s voiced by (Girls creator and actress) Lena Dunham.”</p>
<p>But now it appears – according to a tweet posted by The Simpsons of Bart writing on a blackboard – that it might not be the end of the marriage after all.</p>
<p>The speculation comes after it emerged that when the show returns to TV screens, the annual Halloween episode will see Sideshow Bob killing Bart, but only for the episode.<br />
Kelsey Grammer will return to voice Sideshow Bob.</p>
