<p>Vinnie Jones has been scaring catering staff on the set of The Cape.</p>
<p>Football&#8217;s former hardman turned Hollywood star has revealed he&#8217;s been having some fun dressed as Scales &#8211; a criminal menace with a freakish skin condition that looks like he&#8217;s covered with green and gold scales.</p>
<p>&#8220;The lady in the canteen c****ed herself the other day when I went in for some soup with it on!&#8221; Vinnie laughed, speaking at the Bafta Los Angeles annual tea party in Hollywood.</p>
<p>But the 46-year-old admitted he&#8217;s fed up with all the time he&#8217;s spending in the make-up chair as a series regular on the US superhero drama.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a nightmare,&#8221; Vinnie sighed.</p>
<p>&#8220;Monday, I&#8217;ve got to be in at 4.30am for make up for an 8 o&#8217;clock start, that&#8217;s the downside of it, but I knew what I was doing when I was going in.</p>
<p>&#8220;I think the kids love it so that&#8217;s the important part of it.&#8221;</p>
<p>The Lock Stock star says he&#8217;s just really happy to have a regular gig.</p>
<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re going really all-out with it now so it&#8217;s really nice to just have a regular series,&#8221; he said.</p>
