<p>Johnny Depp has won an award for the music video he directed for Britpop band Babybird.</p>
<p>The Pirates of the Caribbean star, 47, was named best director at the Independent Music Video Awards for the video he directed for the Sheffield band&#8217;s single Unloveable.</p>
<p>Johnny, 47, also sang on the track with the trio &#8211; Stephen Jones, Luke Scott and Robert Gregory &#8211; and shot the video in Hertfordshire with Boardwalk Empire star Stephen Graham, who he worked with on the film Public Enemies.</p>
<p>The Hollywood heartthrob is a long-time fan of the You&#8217;re Gorgeous singers and reportedly helped pay for their latest album Ex-Maniac to be produced.</p>
