<p>Tina Fey and 30 Rock writers won&#8217;t be incorporating Jane Krakowski&#8217;s pregnancy into the show.</p>
<p>The 42-year-old actress who plays Jenna on the show is expecting her first child with British-born clothing designer Robert Godley.</p>
<p>Speaking to E! News on the Golden Globes red carpet she revealed it isn&#8217;t being written into the comedy.</p>
<p>&#8220;It isn&#8217;t because nobody thinks that Jenna would be a very fit mother!&#8221; she laughed.</p>
<p>Speaking later on, Tina Fey agreed.</p>
<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t think we&#8217;ll use it, only because so many characters are having babies on the show this year &#8211; Jack&#8217;s character is having a baby, Tracy is.</p>
<p>Also her character would be the most terrible mother in the world, the state would have to come and take her baby away!&#8221;</p>
<p>With the cast&#8217;s contracts ending this year, Tina hinted she hoped to persuade Alec Baldwin to stay on.</p>
<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t know, maybe we&#8217;ll get him to sign up for one more year. We&#8217;ll just offer some more of NBC&#8217;s money I hope!&#8221; she laughed.</p>
